Aimed at architects, the Living Space brochure focuses on quality workmanship and reliability, whilst emphasising the company's capability in handling large-scale projects. This is evidenced by the detailed staff profiles, all of which communicate experience and professionalism.
Living Space now has a leave piece with the business aim of achieving tender status for new housing developments and one-off bespoke projects.
Living Space Case Study
Several steps were required to successfully deliver the Living Space Brochure. Getting a detailed brief from the team was the starting point - this time taking the form a group discussion with the three senior company partners. It was here we teased out the real business thinking, the direction they wanted the company to move in and the distinctive elements which could single them out in the market.
Part of the project was to develop several client testimonials. This was achieved by telephoning the various candidates and driving a conversation about their Living Space experience. From the notes it was then possible to draft a paragraph, which was then sent to the client for approval.
A major part of the brochure was the staff profiles. This involved detailed interviews with all staff members to uncover their professional and personal characteristics. Of equal importance, it was vital to demonstrate technical capability whilst retaining a friendliness through the mention of sporting achievements and personal successes.
